Production Plants

Hausformator is an extensive network of production plants building houses in modular technology. Thanks to this, we have a very large production capacity.

Installation teams

The house produced in the plant is delivered to the customer in spatial modules, which are assembled by a specialized Hausformator team.

Hausformator technology

The supporting structure of the building is made of steel frames of the modules (standard dimensions 6.0m x 3.0m). The frames of the modules are filled with a wooden grate made of C24 structural timber with insulation adapted to the requirements for a year-round house WT2021.

We make the house in one of our production plants. Ready modules with installed doors and glazing are transported to the customer. On-site assembly typically takes 2 days.

Finish state

The customer receives a completely finished house from the outside. We leave the internal walls in plasterboards.

Building a house step-by-step

1. Model selection

The first step is to check the requirements in the local spatial development plan.

One-story houses with flat roofs are not allowed everywhere. If a specific roof pitch is required, choose one of our gable roof models.

When deciding on a house from our offer, you should add the total cost of services:

House model (e.g. GX35)
Transportation (depends on distance)
Foundations
Extras (e.g. heating)

At this stage, the customer already knows the final price, with no hidden costs.

2. Project modification

After signing the contract, the client arranges a meeting with our architect.

The offer for each house model provides for changes in the division of rooms. Changing the windows position is also possible. During consultation with the architect, the arrangement of the installation's outlets is also determined.

3. House construction

The house is being built in a manufacturing plant. During production, the customer has the opportunity to see his home at every stage of assembly.

The construction of a 70m2 house usually takes 14 days. After this time, the house is placed on the square in front of the production hall. Then the customer is invited to the technical acceptance. At this stage, the house is completely finished in the case of a wooden facade. With a plastered facade, the house is covered with a layer of mesh with glue and our team plasters the building only after assembly at the customer's site.

4. Delivery and Assembly

After final acceptance at the production plant and final payment, the house is transported to the customer by trucks with HDS.

The house arrives divided into 6m x 3m modules. On site, they are placed on the foundations and the assembly stage begins. For a plastered facade, it usually takes 2-3 days. With a wooden façade, it is 1 day. If the customer plans to move the house in the future, the modules are screwed together. Otherwise, the steel frames are spot welded. From the time the work is completed, the customer has a 5-year warranty coverage for the repair of defects.

The Hausformator modular technology has been specially developed so that the building meets the WT2021 technical conditions for the construction of a year-round house.

As a standard, with a plastered facade, we insulate the external walls with 14cm of rock wool and 7cm of polystyrene. For the wooden façade we use 20 cm of rock wool.

During the final assembly, we consult with the client whether he plans to move the building in the future. Depending on this, we choose the appropriate method of connecting modules. Spot welding or screwing.

The house is manufactured in a production plant. Modules for a 70m2 house are ready after 14 days. Installation on the plot takes 2 days. In our offer, we guarantee the customer the construction of a house within 21 days from the moment of pouring the foundations.

We give a 5-year warranty on all our houses. During this time, in case of any faults, the customer will receive help from our service team. If the materials we use have a longer warranty period, it is transferred to the customer.
