The offer for each house model provides for changes in the division of rooms. Changing the windows position is also possible. During consultation with the architect, the arrangement of the installation's outlets is also determined.
The house is being built in a manufacturing plant. During production, the customer has the opportunity to see his home at every stage of assembly.
The construction of a 70m2 house usually takes 14 days. After this time, the house is placed on the square in front of the production hall. Then the customer is invited to the technical acceptance. At this stage, the house is completely finished in the case of a wooden facade. With a plastered facade, the house is covered with a layer of mesh with glue and our team plasters the building only after assembly at the customer's site.
After final acceptance at the production plant and final payment, the house is transported to the customer by trucks with HDS.
The house arrives divided into 6m x 3m modules. On site, they are placed on the foundations and the assembly stage begins. For a plastered facade, it usually takes 2-3 days. With a wooden façade, it is 1 day. If the customer plans to move the house in the future, the modules are screwed together. Otherwise, the steel frames are spot welded. From the time the work is completed, the customer has a 5-year warranty coverage for the repair of defects.

As a standard, with a plastered facade, we insulate the external walls with 14cm of rock wool and 7cm of polystyrene. For the wooden façade we use 20 cm of rock wool.

We give a 5-year warranty on all our houses. During this time, in case of any faults, the customer will receive help from our service team. If the materials we use have a longer warranty period, it is transferred to the customer.
